Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.
For all returns or exchanges, please email us at email@example.com within 10 days of your order delivery date and we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We require that all merchandise be returned within 15 days of your RA# request.
Returns (including returns or exchanges) received outside of this time period are accepted at the discretion of emploi New York and can only be refunded as a store credit.
HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Once your return is authorized by Emploi New York, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
3. Please pack the item in original packaging. You have two shipping options:
- A. Return the item(s) using the return label that came with your order:
Affix the return label over the top of the original shipping label. Please keep a copy of the tracking number for reference. Bring the package to the carrier specified on the label for shipment.
- B. Return the item(s) via the shipment method of your choice:

5. Upon acceptance of the merchandise, we will credit back the cost of the item(s) including sales tax, less the shipping, if applicable, and handling charges to the credit card account used at the time of original purchase. For exchanges, the new item will be shipped out (upon availability) with the second shipping rate charged to the credit card used for your original purchase.
6. Once the refund or exchange process is complete, you will receive an email confirmation of your return or exchange verifying the transaction. Please retain this document for your records.
We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund or exchange cannot be granted.
